Education Fellowships/CME

The Virginia Commonwealth University Medical Center is one of the country’s largest and most sophisticated medical university complexes. The center is on the cutting edge of modern medicine with an extremely active emergency room, a Level I Trauma Center, a Children’s Medical Center with intensive care units, large transplantation programs and numerous active clinical research programs.

VCU Breast Imaging is committed to providing advanced education opportunities through both a  breast imaging fellowship and mini-fellowships for continuing medical education credit. Our breast imaging fellows and practicing radiologists will gain experience in all imaging modalities and breast imaging procedures, including mammography, imaging-guided biopsies, ultrasound and MRI, and cyst and fine needle aspirations.
